What are Featured Listings?

When you purchase a listing, you choose what listing level you would like. Featured listings displayed on the homepage are only for the PRO plan. With the PRO plan, we will also write one high quality article focusing on your subject. The article will be published with a direct link to your page at Please contact us to take advantage of this free offer!

How can I change my password?

After you are logged in, click on the 'Account' link, you will see the 'Current Password' field, type your current password in this field and your new password on the fields 'Password' and 'Retype Password', then hit the submit button.

Can I change my username?

Yes, you can do that by going to 'Account' > 'Account Username' and type your new e-mail.

Can I change my item level?

Yes, you can. After your item expired you can change the listing level. If you are on the free plan you can upgrade the plan anytime and pay for it.

Can I add categories to my deal?

No, you cannot. The deal is related to the listing categories you choose.

Am I required to have an account to add items to the site?

Yes, in order to add any item including Free items to FarsiDirectory you must have an account.

Why am I receiving an 'Account Locked' message?

If your account is locked that means you have had too many failed log in attempts. Your account will be automatically unlocked in 1 hour. This is for security reasons.

Why listings are not available in my area?

Some countries will likely have a limited number of listings. Fortunately, our resourceful customer service team knows no limits! They’ll work on finding you great local service anywhere. If you need help, no matter where you are, please contact us by selecting Live Chat feature or send an email to [email protected] .

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. To pay with PayPal, select a membership plan, add your Listing Information and Categories, select By PayPal under Payment Method. This button during checkout will bring you to a secure page where you can login to your PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can create one for free.

How do providers receive ratings?

Providers are graded only after a member or other consumer submits feedback. Providers can't change their rating and they aren't allowed to review themselves. Only FarsiDirectory's consumers, through their reviews, have the power to change a company's overall grade.

How to cancel my membership?

For your convenience, paid memberships automatically renew at the end of their term. At the end of your term, your subscriptions will continually renew monthly/yearly based on your plan. Your PayPal account or credit card on file will be billed on the last day of your membership. Please note that if a payment fails to process, additional attempts will be made.You may cancel your paid membership at any time by contacting us through Live chat or Contact Us button.

How do I know the website is secure?

Click on the lock icon in our URL to view SSL Certificate information. SSL Certificates secure all of your data as it is passed from your browser to the FarsiDirectory's server. FarsiDirectory uses Stripe and Paypal for all online credit card transactions. We do not save your credit card information.

Do you have a refund policy?

We offer a 100% refund policy. However, if you feel like we did not meet your requirements or expectations, we request you to get in touch with our support team. There is a chance that they might be able to turn things around for you.
